DOOR-TO-DOOR Pickup & Delivery Service

You Pack & We'll Take Care of The Rest.

With DOOR-TO-DOOR Pickup & Delivery Service, your possessions will be picked up at your door and delivered straight to your storage unit. Choose from our list of official moving partners, tell us what needs to be picked up and we will do all the booking for you.

How it works?

1. Book Your Premium Self Storage

2. Call our Chief of REDD

Give us a ring, our team are there to assist you and make it as easy as possible. They will ask you a few questions to determine your preference and help you to arrange the right service for you.

3. Select Your Preferred Mover

We have a variety of official moving partners for you to pick from. We constantly monitor the feedback our customers give us about these moving companies, to make sure we are always working with the best.

4. Take Some Pictures, Set Moving Date, Time, and Pickup Location or Final Destination

Please tell us the date and time of your move. Take photos of your house or office and create a list of your belongings. Our Chief of REDD will give you guidance on the most appropriate storage size. The least notice for DOOR-TO-DOOR Pickup & Delivery Service is 1 day.

5. Complete Payment

Our Chief of REDD will provide you with available payment methods.

6. Selected Partner Arrive at Your Door

Partner service provider pick up your belongings and begin transporting to REDD Premium Self Storage.

7. Hand a Signed Copy of Your ID and Terms & Conditions to the DOOR-TO-DOOR Staff

You need to hand a signed copy of your ID and Terms & Conditions to the driver. Please unlock your padlock and hand that to the driver as well. Keep the key with you. Your unit is yours, and we will not store your keys to protect the security of your storage unit.

8. Confirmation Photo

After we have completed storing your posessions in your storage unit, we will send you a confirmation photo straight away. Your unit will then be locked. Your furnitures, boxes and possessions will be hapily waiting for you at REDD Premium Self Storage.

Relocation Service

Packing can be stressful, that’s why we have official partners to take care of the removal and relocation for you. Whether it’s home, office relocation or moving overseas, we have got you covered. With Relocation Service, all of it will be taken care of for you, from the packing, to storage, to unpacking at your final destination.

SCG Express Parcel Service

Quick and easy, from all REDD Locations.

REDD Premium Self Storage’s parcel service partner, SCG EXPRESS, is available, so you can send and receive parcels directly at your REDD Premium Self Storage location.

How it works?

1. Pack Your Parcel

For regular TA-Q-BIN delivery, parcel size must not exceed 200 cm and 25 kg/package. Protection against parcel loss or damage up to THB 3,000, pursuant to the terms of SCG EXPRESS

2. Hand Your Parcel to Our Staff and Complete Payment

Hand the parcel to our Chief of REDD at the reception, and complete payment. We will then tag the parcel, fill in your details and a delivery van will come to pick it up.

3. Next Day Delivery

Parcels sent from REDD Premium Self Storage are next day delivery to all destinations across the country except for "remote areas". Parcel services to "remote areas" takes 2-3 days.
