We want to help you get more done at REDD. You can buy our boxes, locks and other storage supplies at REDD. In addition, co-working space, meeting room, and cafe is available for casual meeting and working sessions. REDD’s parcel service partners are also available so you can send and receive parcels directly at your REDD location. Owning a storage at REDD gives you the full range of benefits at our facilities. We’ve taken great care to design the whole process around you.
The minimum rental period at REDD is 7 days. Simply select the rental period, size, and check in date most suited to your needs to complete your booking.
You can make a booking 3 months ahead of your check in date.
Absolutely not! At REDD, we will always be upfront with your payment, the price listed on our website and other media is final. We won’t be hiding any surprise extras for you to worry about. No deposit, no hidden worries.
Once you’ve checked in, you can access your storage units anytime you like, 24-7 all day, everyday. If you’d like to contact our counter, please see check in and check out times below.
Our office hour is 9:00 – 18:00 daily. Please come and see us whenever you like, no appointments necessary.
Yes, absolutely. Your unit is yours and you get to decide who gets access. You may also want to provide them with their own key for your padlock, as we do not keep a copy.
To ensure the safety of REDD Premium Self Storage for all customers and staff. As we want you to be able to come and go whenever you like, and we respect your privacy when it comes to what you store, it is important to maintain accountability.
We only accept the following photographic identifications.
- All passports
- National IDs and driver’s license for countries under the 1949 Geneva Convention

You only need to bring your ID with you when you check in. Returning customers do not need to bring IDs when checking in, unless told otherwise.

Hi, not to worry. Please click the “Book now / Sign in” button on the menu bar. Then click the “sign in” button at the top right corner of your screen. Click “forgot password?” and follow the instructions. Don’t quite follow? please do not worry, give us a call and we will walk you though it.
Hmm. it depends, but most likely you do. If you have a storage unit with us or have had a storage unit with us in the past, then yes! you most definitely have an account with us. Simply write us an email with some identifying details; such as your full name, booking number, or booking date. We will do out best to find and retrieve your account.
Yes, absolutely this is possible. Simply sign in to your account and proceed to your “My Bookings” page to manage your booking(s). Not sure how to do this? follow our step by step guide.
Good question; your passcode is used to access your physical storage unit, while your password is used to access your online account.
Unfortunately it is not possible to reset your passcode online. If you have urgent need to change your passcode such as, because of security concern, we are able to temporarily disable your passcode until such time that you are able to come to REDD Premium Self Storage in person to reset the passcode.
