There are two cases where the passcode will not work;
- You may have entered the passcode incorrectly.
- Your booking has ended and your passcode has expired.

When the booking has been successful, follow the check-in steps with staff.
- Provide a booking number
- Bring your ID or passport card
- Prepare your own padlock
We offer packing material and it can be purchased at the front desk if you are not prepared
- Set the passcode to access your storage room
- Move your belongings to your storage room
