Once checked in you can access your storage room 24/7 using your personal passcode.
REDD Premium Self Storage front desk is open from 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. everyday.

Yes of course, your storage room is yours and you may give access by sharing your passcode to whoever you like.
Please let us know immediately. The password will be disabled, and you can reset a new passcode by contacting our staff directly every day during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

When the booking has been successful, follow the check-in steps with staff.

  1. Provide a booking number
  2. Bring your ID or passport card
  3. Prepare your own padlock
    We offer packing material and it can be purchased at the front desk if you are not prepared
  4. Set the passcode to access your storage room
  5. Move your belongings to your storage room
