REDD accepts Credit and Debit Card as follow; American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and JCB credit cards and debit cards that are activated to be used online.

Only the following situations qualify for a refund request.

  • Mistakes made by online systems, such as the website system, charge the wrong amount.
  • Mistakes made by the REDD team, such as employees giving incorrect information.

The refund period starts when the case is received by staff. You will have a different refund period depending on the type of card, issuing bank and payment gateway.

  • Bank transfer processing typically takes 2-3 days.
  • Debit cards typically take 45-60 days
  • Credit cards typically take 7-30 days for the customer to notify after the transaction date.
